There's one in a pawn on Central, (about half a block east of Rio Grande).
It looks to be in great shape but couldn't tell where it was made...it was hanging too high to see.

dude, a brand new mexi tele is only 400 bucks. i think music go round has a few for around 3... or did a few weeks ago.

Three grand looks like a good price for that Santa Fe Tele. There's a NECK from a '68 on ebay for $2600!
Geez, I've got a beat to hell '74 Custom. Maybe I can get a couple of g's.

i know i was checking those out and they seemed decent actually. i almost bought one. anyone have an opinion on them???

those mexi tele's can be top notch if you find a good one. the problem is they're inconsistent, mostly the necks. some of the necks just feel weird and gross. but some play really nice.
