Finally after months of broken promises....the Hit by a Bus official website is up now!!!!! Give us a visit and bookmark it. Take a look around and leave us a message. We'll be adding much more stuff to the site soon, so visit often!!! I'm so excited, I tingle. (that's just you becoming a woman, Ariana) LOL! Thanks to Arielle at Fraction Records for doing this for us. We are grateful beyond words.

We have like 8 tickets left for the show on the 3rd of March. A bunch of people have been asking us to hold on to those tickets for them, but we're at a first come, first serve basis with these last few. This show will be killer, as is evidenced by the number of tickets being sold. I know every band playing (Hit by a Bus, The Same Difference, Twerp, and Donnybrooke) will blow every one away.

The show in Denver was successful, in that we didn't lose money...we actually made some profit!! We're trying to book a show in Arizona for a weekend in March. Hopefully, it'll be as much a success, if not a greater one, as it was in Denver. Thanks to you crazy mySpacers for coming to that show.

We're writing some moodier and heavier music. We polished off another song called Fil (Not the End) and are now working on another song. It took two hours to get two measures down, so it's quite an intricate song. Our music is becoming a challenge to us, which is welcome as it helps us think outside the box. Or rock outside the box.

Speaking of which, Rock Outside the Box Vol. II will start being recorded at Stepbridge in April. Rumor has it, it'll be a double disc. Nate Smith of Feels Like Sunday is spearheading the project. Also in the works is a DVD compilation of local artists. Rob Nakai of Kronik Industries is in charge of this one. Look for his article in this week's Alibi.

Last but certainly not least, we're in talks with Jonathan Liber about putting a contract together and making our Fraction Records deal an official one. This is an incredibly exciting time for us right now. I, along with everyone in Hit by a Bus, am really looking forward to working our asses off to get music in Albuquerque the recognition it deserves.
