Christmas Eve eve eve.
at the Launchpad with:
  • Love Overdose
  • Unit7Drain
  • The Dirty Novels
  • The Mindy Set
    all ages! 7pm!
We look forward to playing this one just for Andy. Hey Andy...there's something going down soon. It involves methane. I'm sure Josh will tell you all about it. Red Face

    But before then, there's...
    Saturday, December 11
    at O'Neills with
  • Ya Ya Boom Project
  • Soular
  • Ki
We've never played at O'Neills before. I like their BLTs. Smile

AND the website will hopefully be up by the end of this year. We've recruited Kyle. We're his experiment. He's also done Astray's and Mantis Fist's sites. It's gonna rule having a website again.

The website? I would say by the end of this month, but I've been saying that since August, so, it'll have to just be a surprise, I guess.

    NEXT SHOW:
    Wednesday, December 22
    the Launchpad ALL AGES SHOW!!
    with:
  • Love Overdose
  • unit7drain
  • The Dirty Novels
  • The Mindy Set
I'm wondering how we keep ending up on the most indiest of shows...? It'll be cool though. We love all ages shows. Plus, Andy will be there. Smile

Just a more-than-just-friendly reminder that we've got a show coming up this week.

    Wednesday, December 22nd
an all ages show @ the Launchpad with
  • Love Overdose
  • unit7drain
  • The Dirty Novels
  • Hit by a Bus
Music starts at 7pm. It's a good one.

We're debuting yet another new song at this show. It reminds me of Radiohead circa OK Computer in a distant, not really kind of way. I guess that's just what comes to mind when we play it..poorly animated mermaids and S&M fat guys chopping off their own limbs and angels in helicopters. Red Face

We're rocking the cactus garden tomorrow, August 30th, at noon on UNM campus as part of Student Special Events' Welcome Back Days.

Friday, September 1st, is the first time you'll be able to get the New Mexico Rocks Pin-Up calendar at the Launchpad. The show starts at 9pm, and when you pay the $10 cover, you get a free calendar!! I'm quite sure all twelve calendar girls will be there to sign their respective pages. However only 5 of the 10 bands are playing: DJ Miss Ginger (December), Pan!c (Eva-March), Hit by a Bus (gio-January), The Gracchi (Laura-July), and The Foxx (Juliet-November).

Then on Saturday, Sept. 2, the rest of the girls' bands will be playing: Unit7Drain, Romeo Goes To Hell, Feels Like Sunday, Creepshow, and Sin Serenade.

All proceeds go to Common Ground, a charity aiding in relief for Hurricane Katrina victims.
