Okay. Now's your chance to list all of your favorite bad movies. And I mean bad. You know, the kind of film that actors and directors are embarrassed to list in their portfolios. The kind of film that even you, the viewer, are embarrassed to say you sat and watched the entire thing on more than one occassion. And liked it.

Okay, here's my short list.

Underworld - it was really bad, but Kate Beckensale's too hot to pass up. Plus, the werewolves were pretty cool looking.

Star Trek: Nemesis - I promised myself I'd never ever watch a single Star Trek film. But I did.

Weekend at Bernie's 2 - yeah, the sequel. Shaddup.

THEY LIVE you know the really bad 80's sci-fi movie. The one where Roddy Piper and the other guy have a 20 minute fight, all while having a conversation about putting on a pair of shades.

Harold and Maude Talk about a crazy movie...holy shit....but it is pretty funny in a morbid kinda way.

and who could forget Conan the Barbarian has to be AWNULD'S best performance.

Conan the Barbarian has some great music. I could never be embarrassed about that one.

Weekend at Bernie's 2 Yeah, I agree. It's all about Barry Bostwick.

Drop Dead Fred To be fair, I still have imaginary friends.

Trial and Error I really have no idea why I like this movie.

Damn I forgot about Drop Dead Fred. And anything with Pauly Shore I think is a winner. Or loser, as the case may be. (??)

I can't believe no one has mentioned the worst movie ever made (according to hollywood insiders):

Plan 9 from Outer Space

It's too hard to describe so go rent it if you can find a copy. I love this movie by the way.

I also love anything Steven Segal has been in. Those movies suck so hard they rule.

Plan 9 was one of those movies I saw when I was a little kid and can't remember a single thing of it but then while I'm doing something routine and mundane, an image from my childhood will hit me, an image so random and bizarre that the only explanation is that it was a scene from Plan 9 from Outer Space.

Speaking of films from my childhood, here's another: Howard the Duck

Hmmm...
I just saw Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. It would have been a great movie if Gwyneth Paltrow was NOT in it! It had everything a movie could want, great premise, plot and Angelina Jolie !!!!!!. Damn she looked good, and with a hot british accent! Go check it, but be aware that Gwyneth WILL annoy you.

That's unfair. The 5th Element was Academy Award-winning material.

It's the week of rehashing old RS threads!

Bad Movie of the Month:
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home

This is the environmental wacko Star Trek movie. It's a two hour-long Save the Whales Campaign.
