Just an update on what's going on inside the bus...

• We're writing more and more new material and its sounding moodier and heavier than our previous album. Tim Stroh's been bugging us about recording at Stepbridge again and we're all getting an itch to head into the studio.
  
  
• Chris is moving to New York. His last show with us will be Saturday, October 23. Nate, previously of Fasion Kills, will be taking over on the bass. He's been "official" for about a week now and he's already making tons of progress. His first show with us will be Sunday, October 31.
  
  
• Joe is cool. Gio's working on the website. Jon's buying a guitar from Mike Dirty (Baby Dolls). Josh got that sex change he's been wanting for the longest time now.

We just did a show on Thursday and one on the Saturday before that. We're busy this month. We've got more shows in November and a couple in December already. w00t!

no no. I mean you take your first name and then a key word from your band. ie Mike Dirty, Jim Robot, Joni Sunday, Danny Seven. See? Except it doesn't work with us. Gio Bus doesn't sound very cool. I really think we need to change our name to Fire and Death and then I could be Gio Death. Yeah...

By Monday, we will have completed 6 new songs (two of which we've played regularly at gigs) and at least two in the making. The titles are:
Boy - rock n roll
Detonator - moody and heavy
Charcoal and Razorblades - totally hardcore, IMO
Jimi Almost Dead - rock n roll, fast paced jam
Fil (It Hasn't Ended) - another moody song, but not as heavy
Convert to Grayscale - ...this song...will be wierd on the recording

We think by the end of the month we'll have enough material for a new recording. w00t!

It's cold...and there is no music.......sadness...I miss you guys!!!

If it's 52 degrees here, I imagine its brass monkey cold up there. Chris, you come up in conversation so much. Like that one time you decided to be Chapo Man. And that other time you made that little girl cry at the CD Release. Oh and Josh told us about the Taco Cabana incident. That's pretty damn funny. Stay warm, sugar.
