This Post is just a an idea about a handfull of bands paying for an isolated offices space or secluded warehouse to practice in.

I'm sure this has been attempted before but there is nothing here on rocksquawk, so it might be usefull in the future. I have more thoughts about this but will not go further into detail unless this post gets a lot of hits.

So, any suggestions?

Great way to follow up Simfonik Mike. Yes, price is as important as location and surroundings. I figured maximum five bands just so practice scheduling does not get to harry. Idealy $400-500 month including utilties. Average four person per band. So that would be a little over 30+ bucks individualy a month.

I'd be in...I need to get a place to start auditioning peeps. However, if the space involved isn't made very safe for our equipment, there's no point.

What I'm saying is...one band per area, able to buy their own locks.

i'm looking for practice space for a 3 piece. we would need it 2-3 evenings per week
