I've been getting a lot of customers and others telling me recently that emails to me have been getting bounced back or lost. Hotmail seems to be more and more unreliable - microsoft loves to stop supporting old stuff when they have something new to promote. I'll probably have to get some new email account someplace else soon, but in the meantime: IF YOU DON'T HEAR BACK FROM ME IN A DAY-ish BY ANY METHOD, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. I spend about an hour a day deleting junk mail, but I DO check it all, so that isn't the problem. I don't know just what the problem is!
This is compounded by Myspace's unreliable alert function- it often doesn't tell me when I have a message. And just as bad: my shit T-mobile service that drops calls and sometimes delays texts for hours or even days! Add to that the fact that I take orders by phone, email, three myspace pages, rocksquawk, other sites, shouted to me across crowded bars... well, anyway: please try again or try another avenue if you can't reach me or don't get a timely reply or update. If I take longer than 24 hours to respond then it's probably a technical problem (or else I'm buried under some wreckage and need help!)
