It seems like views and messages dropped by a huge percentage when we changed our name.

Lingering resentment? Maybe. Well, probably. At least a little. But I think a bigger reason is that we are now further down the list. People have to scroll all this way to reach here. Fuck that. We are even past Unit 7 Drain! Who has the energy to make it that far?

Well I always scroll the complete list of bands before opening anything or checking the General Chatter/Gigs area up top. You just haven't posted much here yourself. (August 10th is the last thread you started) Certainly nothing ire raising or controversial by this boards standards (i.e. No Chicks In The Band or Soundmen Are People Trying To Be A Part Of Something Cool Without Having People Skills or a Lieber-esque type rant/accusations)

None of this would be troubling you if my vote for Champion Chimp as a new band name meant anything.

Imagine if you named the band Black Champion Chimp. Or the enormous traffic if you named it A Black Champion Chimp.

There's A,B,C right there.

So don't fret too much, because I'm always here. Even if it's only in spirit...

or maybe a name very similar to another band, so people check us out by accident, like "the beatels." or, "the beetles."
