We are looking for a bass player because our current bass player is unable to tour. We preferably need someone who has studio and touring experience. We'll need said person to get our songs down in a month or so. Most of the bass parts aren't too difficult however there are some les claypoolish elements here and there. We have much recorded music to practice to and our current bass player can help work out any parts that can't be picked up by ear. It doesn't have to be exactly what is recorded. As long as the root chord structure is there and you groove well and accomodate the mood of the songs you can work out your own parts. We prefer 21+ and need someone with a good bass amp that is powerful but what is most important is that we need someone who can be dirt poor and on tour, and will do everything they can to help Hit by a Bus make a living off of touring, recording, and playing music. We have a new album coming out and we actually have a decent promotions budget for it. If interested just respond to this with some contact info and we'll talk.
