I play both upright and electric bass. I'm both classically and jazz trained. I'm looking to play some jazz, funk, fusion, rock, R&B, or blues. I do not like metal or hard heavy music. I can learn tunes quickly and like to gig. If interested drop me a line at intergalacticdude@hotmail.com

I would love to find a cool group to play some hip music with. I can read changes and standard notation and weird changes or rhythms are not a problem. In addition to jazz I like pop rock, R&B, and funk. I am also open to art rock, as long as it is tasteful, which I guess is open for debate.

Check out Craigslist. There is a band forming right now that is looking for a bass player...drummer was in Shadowfax. The ad says something about female singer who doesn't want to compete with other songwriters. Looking for hired gun / studio types.
