TwoThirtySeven will make their ABQ debut on November 12th at the Launchpad. This show will feature Stoic Frame, Red Earth, The Ground Beneath and TwoThirtySeven. 9PM, $6.00.

TwoThirtySeven features Gregg Analla (Tribe of Gypsies, Seventhsign, Temple Within) on vocals, Jared Chavez (Influence) on guitar, Sid Garcia (Paris Blue, Million Year Panic) on bass and Michael Chavez (Otmar Liebert, Manzanares, Hoodoos) on drums. Hope you can make it!

$6!?! Six dollars just to see 237 go through the motions in a set of nothing but tired renditions of stuff from their Greatest Hits album?! You've got to be kidding. Unless there are lasers...

...another thing. I put the same material on myspace if it's easier for people to listen there. I'll try and get more music uploaded soon.

No problem... We recorded the whole thing, so I'm sure I'll post a few tunes later.

It was good. We ran into some problems with monitoring, since we've all been practicing with in-ear monitors. At the show, we couldn't run the in-ears so one song that switches meter often was a little rough. Overall we had good response from trustworthy people, so hopefully we can do it again soon. Looking in mid-December.

Ah yes.. the joys of gig'n. Everything goes wrong and they are always unique problems. The last gig that we played, Rallis, they had my amps mic'd and one fell off so my sound was heavily shortened. My sound guy, DJ Christian, was crawling all over the floor trying to find the mic and once he found it. He plugged it in and a huge explosion of sound came out of the monitors. It was like a scene from Back To The Future. heheheh.. Thankfully everything was back to normal.

Well let me know when you guys are playing next. I wanna see you guys live. We are playing at Burts on Tuesday if you wanna check us out. Plus I put up a new video of our last gig on our site. You might get a kick out of it.

Sid,

We need studio time done like yesterday. There are a couple of studios that we are looking into but want to find the one that is best for us and our sound.

When would be a good time for all fo us to come by?

This week is a little weird because of the short week (Thanksgiving). Call me and we'll set something up. I'd be happy to help.
