Both Red Giant and Gas Giant (bands) are no longer with us. Red Giant broke up about a month ago, and GG just last week.

So there are a few less giants in the Rock world these days.

oh, and just so you know, we have trademarked the name "SuperGiant" so these wannabes can go find themselves a new name.

How much did you spend on the trademark?

Well we were lucky that our drummer's mom is an assistant to a trademark attourney so he did it for us pro bono. We had to pay the $325 federal fee to register the TM online. (You can do it all online)

What usually costs a lot is having the attorney search the databases to see if the trademark is already registered. Apparently this normally costs like $1000.

You could always take a chance and pay the $325 and hope no one else has it, but if they do, the money is not refundable.
