From what I've heard from Joe, it seems like he's being picked on by the powers that be. If you know him, you know that he's a pretty reasonable guy. He's been trying to cooperate and he has flat told them that he wants to work with them. I imagine that he's frustrated as hell right now.

i can imagine there being a few things that an anal retentive power tripped steroid overdosed fire marshal could hassle joe about. but i mean fuck that guy cant serve booze, how much can you pay for with only all ages shows.
