listening to it, it really feels like they never stopped playing. it is a perfect continuation of what they've always done. if anything, it's a little more pissed off sounding.
My old band played with them once on tour. They took all the money and didn't give a dime to the other bands. Then they made the kid who set up the show go to the ATM to take out the rest of the money to meet their "guarantee"
I remember thinking at that point, since when does a HC band have a guarantee???? At a house show??? Then I thought.....HC is dead....
They do make some of the most hard ass, pissed off music though......

man, that's a bummer. i mean, a guarantee is a guarantee, but still, doesn't help build the community.
On the other hand, I remember playing with Avail. After the show they took all the money and spilt it equally with all the opening bands. Which was no small chunk of change. Two different approaches I guess.
