My sister saw the Sword on regular MTV this morning talking about the new metal revolution that is happening. With so many cheesy metal/hard rock bands in the mainstream today, I sure hope they're right. Did anyone else see this?

I was looking through the guide on my tv and i scrolled over 2 weeks on MTV and saw 7 music programs... 7! they should change it to NMTV... NO MUSIC TELEVISION!

They started this tour at a place called the Khyber in Philadelphia. My friend that works there called me the next day and said MTV was down from NYC doing a story on them. I found that kind off odd, The Sword is good and all, but there are many better bands playing that stlye now.

MTV has never stood for music television. Its always stood for Marketing Television.

The Sword is a drop in the bucket just like every other band, but the world is tired of whatever has been happenening for the past fifteen years, its all so commercialized and produced and fake and boring for the most part... people are more concerned with piercings, tatooos and haircuts than music...i pray to every god in the fucking book everyday get back to the roots of this rock n roll culture back to the soul....yes there is a musical revolution upon us...stay tuned...

I forgot to mention i went to a concert put on by MTV back in Massachusettes a couple of years ago and the fucking thing was censored!!! It was so sad.
