The U.S. extradites foreigners all the time for committing crimes against our state. I do agree that pot should be legalized though. How else would anyone be able to sit around and listen to Dan Zanes and Bob Weir rehash tired folk songs? Pink Floyd would cease to be interesting without any dope around. The hacky sack and frisbee markets would crash.

I'm all for all of that. I didn't really find it to be all that hot this summer, as I am accustomed to working outside all day, and have built up a tolerance to the heat. I don't really notice it. Global warming is a paranoid, socialist crock of shit.

I don't really follow this statement. Maybe it's the syntax, or maybe it's me.

I think that alternatives to coal and oil and nukes will be a great thing. And who knows, maybe someday they will find one that actually works.

I just don't buy the argument that hippies want to legalize hemp for paper, energy, etc. Many of them talk a good game, but all that crap is secondary to them. It is a way of attempting to appeal to reasonable people that they don't really just want to legalize weed just to smoke it. It's like when you go to an anti war rally, and the AWP and the Unarians are there selling books and videos. Please.

But, as I said before, legalization of pot has my vote. Clean energy, medicine for sick and dying people, paper that won't kill you.... all good things. I also appreciate the fact that it will create for us a new, self sustaining working class of wastoids, satisfied with studio apartments, dishing jobs at Village Inn or gas stations, and video games for the rest of their lives. Once this is done, maybe we can finally get rid of all the damned illegal aliens.

I'm pretty sure they would still have to bleach hemp paper somehow. I mean, I like my paper white.the difference between 92 brightness and 100+ is huge when you are printing a lot like I am. Plus they'd still market it and ship it and hybrid it to grow different ways and tax it and bsically make it a business like they do anything else.

I'd love it if they could save me a couple bucks, but i'm mostly just too stoned to care.
