For those of you who remember him, or his later incarnation, Drake Lagoon, whom I played with for a while, just thought you should know that I recieved an email out of the blue from someone using his account and claiming to be his victim, saying he was sentenced to four years in Oregon State Penitentiary and is registered on a victim's rights watchlist.

From what I understand it was for kidnapping, battery, and child endangerment, though I've never seen anything official. I know his real name (Michael Cosgrove) and birthdate, so I was able to find him and his prisoner number on the watchlist.

So for those of you who were worried about his violent tendencies and supposedly "harmless, joking" threats, just be aware that you were right. The guy pulled a gun on me when I tried to leave the band, so I knew it would eventually come to something like this.

I'm not trying to stir up trouble or kick a guy when he's down, just sharing some information with people he's threatened or had dealings with in the past.

Hmmm. Still liked it better when he was dead, though I'm all for kicking him while he's down. I call the face. I'm too old to believe in fairy tales and happy endings though. Hoax/comeback attempt would not suprise me.

Let's see how long it takes for some current chump/young person/and/or alias to get up here and defend him. If the past 3 or 4 times is an indication, someone will be on here in a day or two to call us washed-up/never-weres/talentless/haters/unable to recognize genius/ruining this town/holding all kinds of bands back from success/liars/commies/fascists/drama queens/predictable/hypocrites/pussies/unable to take a joke and why can't we all just get along?

And we need to get over it because he is here to stay and his current band/label/scheme will take over this scene.

After a couple of weeks he'll transfer his obsession/persona to motorcycles or country or goth or models cars or some such shit and forget all about us.

Then about a year later his defenders will be up here to say something bad about him.

Then the next group will get in line. Boring.
