You can always go on the classic Old Town Ghost Tour. I haven't done it yet, but i heard it's damn fucking cool. The reason I haven't done it yet is I heard that you need to schedule it yourself, and you need a certain amount of peeps to schedule. I don't have any contacts, maybe someone else does on here?
