I played there Monday night, loaded up my gear after the show, and didn't notice that I'd left my cymbal bag. Well, rehearsal rolled around tonight and no cymbals. Needless to say, I was freaking out b/c I thought some dude got a free bag of cymbals, and b/c these are all vintage, which I couldn't simply go to the store and replace. Well, I went by Burt's, and the sound guy, Bobby, had gently laid them aside and held onto them for me. So, Burt's, kudos to you all for being decent, honest people and not letting anyone take advantage of my moment of stupidity. Cheers.
burt's is always amazing. i left my digital camera there once, the sound guy ken had actually found it, held onto it for a week or so until i was able to get back there to make sure they had it, and gave it back. he could've swiped it and sold it or something, but he's a stand up guy. super.
at my bar....when we had live music....i hold everything...one band left a 165.00 DI box...well 3 months later they got ahold of me...hence its going back to AZ...also a band left a bag of pedals and cables...they e-mailed...i still have em...and they are going back to the rightful owner...respect for gear is most important...

Two? Yeah I usually get 8 drink tickets. I'll have to ask the other band members what they get. I usually get trhough about 6 and then throw the rest in the urinal.
