First Portugal beats England up and then France disposed of Brazil. What's going on with this World Cup? Seriously, Zidane, Henry and France looked like the 40-yr.-old dad that can still beat up his 18-yr.-old upstart son. France could do it again...Zidane looks like his old self. If only France could do this well fighting wars.
Well, obviously, the French are good at running, which must explain some part of this phenomenon. Defending, attacking, and especially shooting remain anomalous. Can anyone else 'splain it? I've been thinking about this since 1998.
Zidane is a badass. The French deserved that win. Where was Brasil? They didn't even have a shot at goal until the last 10 mins of the game. The French won fair and square... unlike some of the other games in this Cup
