such a smart design... a nice middle finger to the genius who left the rags out, too. or at least a sarcastic "you're stupid thanks a lot" to said genius.

I Haaaaaaaaate that show. That and Barney are banned from the Foodstamps household. A am also not particularly fond of Dragon Tales, either.

I agree with hating Barney and Dragon Tales. also Elmo totally fucked Sesame Street, and Teletubbies is ok the first time but gets increasingly painful. I'm ok with Yo Gabba Gabba, though I have to admit to not actually listening to it; I like the design work. I'm also down with Max and Ruby, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, Little Bear and Oswald.

Higglytown Heroes is my least favorite though. once they had done firefighter, police officers, teachers... well, one of the "heroes" was pizza delivery man. I just can't stand for that kind of "everyone's a winner" sunny culture, it's the very reason I am a loser. I didn't realize it was crap until it was too late for me. The sooner my kid can watch Wonder Showzen, the better.

My kids were never interested in Higglytown Heroes. I heard that they actually did have a show with an arborist in the hero role. Whatever.

We went and bought a 4 disc set of the Electric Company with episodes from 1971 to 1977. Man, that shit is a trip to watch today.

Dude, I saw that design a couple of days ago and had a laughing fit over it. Big fucking ups to whomever did it.

And I want one too, bad.
