Well, we didn't end up gitting rid of anybody, yet. It actually seems that since our 'talk' he's been reinvigorated about the entire thing. I sincerly hope that it stays that way.

I was about ready to fire upon myself with all the pressure of upcoming tour dates and album release until yesterday we auditioned this guy named Josh Mondragon and after jamming one song I knew he's the guy.
