Since YouTube has been enforcing the copyright stuff, I'm taking them outta the title this time 'round.

That said, THIS one is from YouTube.

R.I.P., Mitch Mitchell! You'll be missed.

I believe that is the Isle of Wight Show a couple of weeks before Jimi's death.
I saw that in a theater and It was during the one really bad trip I had on LSD. Took me a few weeks to get a grip after that one.

not the "biggest" but possibly the "thickest wave" ever surfed on video.

*The lip on this wave is as thick as the barrel is high*

i'm sorry but i just cant get over this fuckin' clip. If you look closely you see he is actually carving on the shore-side edge of his board, because the suction is so strong up the wall that he has to carve away (on the opposite edge) to keep from being pulled up into the lip(the physics behind this cannot be transcribed on paper). he actually puts his OUTSIDE hand down and drags it on the water WHAT?!?what's more is when the wave jacks up, it sucks up so much water that the the reef is less than 4 inches under the surface of the water in front of the wave which made them file down their scaggs(making it more difficult to balance and steer) to keep from getting hung up. he said after this wave he slept for 48 hours straight and he couldn't walk for shit for a week from the strain on his legs. fuck chuck norris!

Schweet!

Highly amusing video for Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Sadly, it's cut off at the end, but it looks like there must've been some good drugs around on that shoot...

One of the most heart-wrenching falsetto vocals ever, followed by one of the most heart-wrenching interventions of all time.

Actually, that's what brought him to mind! He's been through some serious shit, but he's still standing.

have you guys ever heard that jimi was actually right handed??? He just played lefty. It kinda makes sense that your right hand would make the better fretting hand doesn't it?

Holy crap!

And WebMonkey, I am left-handed, but play guitar righty. That's one reason I use a lot of hammerons/pulloffs - sometimes my right hand can't pick fast enough to keep up!

Best idea for a music vid ever: super-impose your bands' faces onto a gang of five year olds hangin out at a birthday party. It worked for The Bronx...
