What's the Edge?

In the endless number of metal bands and derviatives thereof, can one really say with any true conviction that they are the greatest band to come to this place?

Because, you know, it's metal.

My idea of a great band would be two guys who make up their own language for their lyrics and play on modified instruments, covered in silver paint and all their movements would be like robots.

Or my band is the greatest band to come to this place.

I feel like a rapper now, thug.

It's called the Kiwanis Cabin. Built by the Kiwanis Club back in the earlyt 1940's.

The cabin/Rock House,was built for picnicing and camping by the Kiwanis Club. A 'sister' dwelling is at the base of the La Luz trail in Juan Tabo park. The one on top of the mountain was at one time accesable by vehicle. In the meadow (Kiwanis Meadow) East of the structure, you can still barely see where there used to be a road. Back then you could drive up to the structure and have a great time without having to back pack a keg in there.

And Skreech, a dock working musician is one of the nobler of day jobs. Keep cussin' and fuck it, spark up a cig. (you don't have to smoke it, but just holding it wil give you an even greater aura of BlueCollar-tude) Just don't get drunk and/or high on the job. I mean, no sense in wasting a good buzz.

Nope. Speaking as someone played on The Edge multiple times, and once a live interview, it does not grant soul-crushing powers. In fact, I'm not even any better at crushing empty cans of PBR, and I've had a lot of practice.

Oh Musky, don't be so quick to get your toadnuts in a bunch. I like your name and your enthusiasm. Just don't expect everyone to be as excited when you lay claim to being the best band out there. Frankly, most "band music" is on it's way out. Soon it will all be abstract sounds and muttered freestylings about nothing.

It'll be different from crunk though, because everyone will have stopped yelling by then.
