Honestly, I haven't seen many good deals when it comes to purchasing you upc bar code by itself. You right, when i checked it out, all i saw, when it came to legitimate websites and companies, is that they were all charging over the 700 buck range. honestly for that price, i would just order some copies of the cd from one of the duplicator companies, for the same price, and get the bar code thrown in for free. I mean that is if it is for your CD. if it is not, then there's not much else more i can think of.

The problem with the duplicator's bar codes is that they own the codes. It doesn't usually matter but if your CD's really start to sell they'll have some control.
(I used to know more details but it's a little early and I haven't had coffee. I'll post back if I remember.)
