does anyone knows of cool venues in TX?

you know, like the equivalent of launchpad, atomic or burts.

we're booking some tour dates and I want to play places that don't suck outrageously. a little suckage is okay, but too much suckage results in shitty shows...

There's a nice place called "The Hummingbird Cafe" in Rosharon.... Also, be sure to check out Scooter's, an ice house in fabulous Rosenberg, Tx. Contact with these places may be difficult, as I am sure that there's no phone at the Hummingbird, and I doubt that they have heard of the internet at either place.
