MBD is coming back to ABQ this thursday.
Bellemah opens the show at 5pm and the headliner has to be finished by 9pm.
It's at Ralli's and should be a great show.

Hell yeah! They were awesome when they came with Clutch. Only thing bad about that show was this creepy drunk mosher type who looked like he wanted to rape the cello player. He kept rushing the rail and stopping when half his body was hanging over the rail. He startled her several times and security didn't do a thing about it cause the guy knew or used to work with the security at the sunshine.

Damn. 5pm is beyond early. Why do they need to end by 9? Do they plan on having more bands after them? This is weird. Do they plan on serving food? Because that's the only reasoning I can think of behind this.

When Ralli's does all ages, they usually do have something going afterwards. Since they can't separate the bar from the stage area (like launchpad with that big door) they need the alcohol sales afterwards to make the money. It's not ideal, but it's a fair trade if the alternative is no all-ages shows or them losing money.

Yeah, it's unfortunate but MBD doesn't start until after 7pm, so be there by then.

I'm not sure why they require an all ages show since the last time they played an all ages show here was about 3-4 years ago. All those kids are 21 now. Besides that, I consider them to be more adult-oriented music rather than kiddy stuff. Then again, I'm sure it's the kids that buy the merch.

the All Ages aspect of it requires that it be over by 9 because that is when the kitchen closes and therefore, there is no other reason fer youngsters to be in a bar if they aren't serving food ...
