Dateline: Texas--Three teens have been charged with abuse of a corpse after they dug up the body of an 11-year-old boy and used the skull as a bong to smoke marijuana. Kevin Wade Jones and Matthew Richard Gonzalez, both 17, of Kingwood, and a 16-year-old friend were being held on misdemeanor charges after Jones spilled the beans about the grave theft while being interrogated for a stolen debit card. Police said the grave was that of an 11-year-old boy named Willie Simms who died in 1921. The grave site was part of a 19th century veterans cemetery that was not maintained. The teens dug up the corpse on March 15 before decapitating it and then using the skull to smoke pot.

Besides, didn't we all engage in a little mischief when we were teens? egging houses, stealing road signs, sneaking into the movie theater, smoking weed from a human skull...good times.

I would actually think it's more goth. However, someone told me you had to send the Misfits a real human skull in order to gain entry to their fiend club. I don't know if that's true.

And I'm with you webmonkey, I'd rather drink the blood of virgins from a skull than use it to smoke the ganj, which seems sort of logistically flawed anyway.

Come on mc this is Rocksquawk not Churchsquawk! Lighten up buddy loosen up the tie, you sound like you need a skull bong. I can only hope that when I depart this decaying planet that someone would actually take the time to use my skull (which I am not using anymore ) and create a smoking apparatus out of it making me a great conversation point at awkward dinners. What an honor considering my lifestyle choices. This leads to a greater question instead of digging graves and taking our land up with dead bodies should we use the bones of the dead for something I don't know, useful??? . Plant trees and food in those fertile lands, quit digging graves. We need food. If these kids had killed this person, then sat there and ate his insides and made a bong out of him that would obviously be a very different story. Why do we honor the dead so much when we can't even honor our living? That guy had been gone for almost one hundred years, he is on to bigger and better things.
