I just looked up my zip code on the sex offenders website. There are about 30 of them on the list. And I'd say 70% of them had tattoos of peacocks, women's faces, or yin-yangs.

When I had a kid I looked them all up in my area. I could walk to four or five of them from my house before finishing a smoke. I checked them all out. The problem was that at the time you couldn't tell what the crime was. I mean, statuatory with a 17 year old is gross, but's not a mob-with-pitchforks-and-torches bad as are some other things. I just decided it was easier to never let my kid out of my sight. Some neighborhoods had SO many.
