Ehhh, murphy's Law. I have new respect for ppl with chronic sinus problems/infections. Not only could I not breathe for shit & my eardrums felt like they were going to explode but my nostrils and sinuses felt like there was a super heated brain melting inferno up in there.

My Doc says its stress. Gues sit's time for some lifestyle changes.

I've just had a major case of the blahs pretty much since it got hot outside. These monsoons are helping big-time, though. Maybe all this moisture has screwed you up?

You know what I find works great for stress relief?
Try slappin on a coat of mayonnaise, buss out duh hula hoop and hold it over your head while a good friend wraps you up in a slip n' slide. take a few deep breaths, then bang a stripper.
