Oh man, I can feel the love, and its getting all gooey. This is "keeping it real" right here, in action.

I almost have nothing relevant to add here, except to mildly expand on something Lewis and Black were getting at... take nothing personally. At least until you get to know the real-life versions of the persona. It's easy to flame when you don't know the flesh behind the screen. Personally, the e-jackassery that goes on here is exactly why I'm here... it wouldn't be fun if we couldn't give wedgies to the noobs. Except in this case, I'm probably noobiest, so wedgies aren't so great.

Can I steer this back to the OT/OP?
How is it that Black Maria came to use matching SG's and the full Mesa line-up? Planned or did it just happen?

Whether planned* or not, it would not be Black Maria any other way.

Now that our ace homie, drummer extrodinare, Simfonik Mike is back on track, who would be interested in an album from Black Maria?

Growing weary of the rumors and even more weary of telling people, "Uh, it's gonna be out in a few months.", This project is finally winding down.

The question is; do people still want/buy/care about albums/cds?

What do you think?

We inevitably have a handful of folks at every gig asking about a CD. And if, as you say, people are always asking you about yours....well, isn't that answer enough?

I should have been more clear. I'm think we know enough people in town that want shiny coasters and materials for windchimes and bird scaring mobile/sculptures--er, I mean cd's, and production of said cd's is well past the halfway mark. I was just wondering, on a more national scale, if y'all thought or knew if people still bought that many cd's. It seems these days everybody (but us!) is earbudded up into their ipod/mp3 player/phone deal. But yeah, thanks for the input so far guys. Y'all are Golden.
