Ah, ok. We usually devote a practice or two to click track practice. It does wonders. Except it's hard on Josh (as I'm sure it's hard on Steve) to have to drum a 3/4 beat on top of a 4/4 or whatever. And it's SO ANNOYING!! The week before we record, we do what we call "Hell Week" where for at least 8 hours a day we practice to clicks and map vocal harmonies out on the keyboard. Last time, toward the end of the week, I literally would wince at the sound of the click.
