About Albuquerque Music Association ™
The ABQ Music Association is a membership-based community resource dedicated to making Albuquerque a music destination, rather than departure city. We are doing that through networking, communication and economic development. Although the name says ABQ, we are global and we are interested in the local entertainment scene everywhere.

We also don’t shy away from fighting for the cause when we’re threatened. In 2005, we fought the proposed change in liquor regulation that would affect the all-ages shows in ABQ, and we won! Who says you can’t fight city hall...

We believe that it is an individual’s responsibility to make change - we don’t like other people making choices for us.

With our political victory behind us, we continue networking in order to expand our music scene.
