This evening we'll be doing some minor overdubbing and then work on the final mixing of our 4-song demo.

Most of the recording, I'm proud to say, is live in the studio, so it has a really live vibe to it. However, there are a few spots that could benefit from doubling, and there is one entrance that I'm gonna clean up (I dick-fingered it, but the rest of the take was good). Neb will be adding a spoken vocal in one song, as well, but I think this recording captures our sound rather nicely, overall.

Yeah - I just rocked the house with the latest mix - sounds great! Brian captured our sound really well. Still some minor knob-twiddling needs to be done, but for 11 hours in total, we got our money's worth (although it looks like we're gonna run an hour over). It's a quality product, fer shure...

Tuesday night, 1/3/06 will be the final mixdown session.
