Hey Cliff, why do they call you The Musk?

Usually when one takes on a single name, Cher Prince Madonna etc., they get that out of their singularity, massive presence, and other such things like riches, respect, etc. When one calls oneself a single name it is usually a result of ego-mania like tendencies. It then enters the realm of ridiculous when one still calls oneself a singular name, or pseudonom in my case, while no one else uses that name. So, in closing, no one calls me the musk but me (though everyone is encouraged to indulge my self-absorbtion), no one calls me cliff on a regular basis (i usually add the 'ord', but cliff is fine), but none of that really matters to me beyond a brief clearing-up-of-such-matters.

The origin of 'the musk' is long and storied, much too long for something as made up as it is, but it involves large quantities of 2C-T-7, a musk turtle, and the impercievably large undulating frequencies pulsing throughout the universe whose multi-dimensional nature connects the varying gravitional fields of said dimensions.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll be sure to use your name in it's entirety. My question was really about the origins of your handle, but it was poorly formulated in the morning haze. 2c-t-7? I've made a few plant/chemical friends over the years, but never hung out with that guy.

There was once a bassist in the band "Phaderus?" who went by the term "The Musk". Are you the same Musk or do I have my Musks confused?

Also- May I enquire as to the origins of the name "Dr. Thunda"? Thunda

happy to have cleared things up, and yes, i was in phaderus; few would willingly call themselves the musk. dr., i second a request for the origins of your name, though it's most likely not far from the rumbling sounds from your rig. personally, i like Dr. T., it makes me imagine you sporting some bling around your neck.

I was looking at my bass one day after I'd been living here for a few months and figured what the hell, I'd start playing it again. I read an ad somewhere and joined a grungy metal "outfit" called Fighting Blind.

These cats all had amazing stage names like "The Mouth", "Stixxx", and "Ace." This was no joking matter to them, so I thought I'd outdo them in terms of retardedness.

I like the Dr. part. To me it implies some kind of professionalism. I had to go Thunda so I wouldnt be completely knocking off the knock off soft drink.
