So Jon, Chris, and I got there just in time for Falling Process' last song. Doh! Which means we had already missed ...This Life. Doh! Frown [fp]'s new guitarist sounds pretty good. I talked to Tuff a little bit. I'm kinda sad he's moving away. He and Arty groove so well together. (and I don't mean that in a sexual context at all)

Anesthesia hit the stage after that. I now remember seeing these guys a long long time ago. So long ago, I can't remember where. But anyway, it was cool watching these guys from upstairs. The thrash was on: hair, sweat, and bodies were flying. Cool.

Minus7 got up next and wow. I should have known better and stayed upstairs (I was stupid and wore flip-flops. Ouch) Brandon...if you read this...word on your views about the hardcore scene. We even got to sing along to the Minus7 version of Blister in the Sun. haha!

Ki finished off the night with a handful of new songs, plus some Ki "classics". Orio was sporting a fresh mohawk (thumbs up). The new stuff sounded good. There was one song in particular that really caught my ear, but I didn't catch the name. I love Carl's guitar effects. They played Truchas as an encore. *I love that song*

I had fun. Thanks to all the bands that played, it was a very satisfying show. Peace.
