This show was a warm gathering of Handsomes friends and fans but the avalanche of promotion brought in a slew of folks who didn't know what to expect. None of us were disappointed. Although I love other bands deeply, this is by far my favorite. From "Arlene" to "White Haven" and some beeuteefull tunes from the new release, the Handsomes delivered their dark delights as always with charisma, humor and grace. As the last encore, Brett did a solo version of The Woman Downstairs as the crowd accompanied him -clapping and keeping time. At the end, we didn't want to let him go. My only regret, I was selling CDs and didn't get to dance more!
