Your Music Is In Odd Time Signatures

This was a fun night to say the least. All the bands brought it and the PRONG loyalists were very excepting.

Check out some footage from the show.

Killer show. I missed Dead on Point 5 because the first band cancelled, but LB rocked fer shure.

Prong was well worth 8 bux - The new bassist was a monster (although I'm not sure I forgive him for teaching Madonna to play guitar), the drummer, while "not Ted Parsons," was similarly skilled and quite machinelike in his precision. Tommy Victor looked relatively lean & mean with a fresh coat of black on his hair (must be the Al Jourgenson influence) Wink and fulla piss & vinegar. His playing was flawless and vigorous.

The new material, while superior to the last album, was decent, but it was the staples (Prove You Wrong, Whose Fist..., Snap Your Fingers..., Irrelevant Thoughts, etc.) that were the high point of the show for me. Well, that and seeing Jourgenson & entourage walk into the club about a foot a way from me, the faint aroma of crack trailing behind them...

I dug Prong! More than I thought I would. The bassist was all about the Orange gear. It sounded Clean.

I noticed a few of my favorite local celebrities making appearances at the show- Jesse Zen or "Zen" as they call him, SuperJoel, and the indestructable RacerX. Who is this crack smelling guy?

I was wondering what that smell was, I thought it was just Thunda.

Man, Tristin had a potty mouth. Trying to hype the crowd up before PING-PRONG played. Even when giving out free LB CD's he was pelting the audience with CD's and "F" words.

Al Jourgensen (Ministry/Pigface/1000 Homo DJs/various other projects).

The new Prong is on his record label.
