It was great to see those guys back on the stage again. Always a good time when the Sinners are playing.

Did anyone get to see Van Gunn play?

Yeah, good to see these guys again. In a world of nut tuckers and bad haircuts, these guys stay true to rock. They just rock, that's what I dig about them.

The show started out with Franz playing one note and making all the 5MS hotties cry. Bart's curls of glory were in full force and I could see Jesse constantly looking back at them to keep time.

I tried to do some heckling (this is how Thunda shows his love btw) and one of the 5MS hotties said "those are fightin' words" and that she was going to kick my ass. It might have happened if she wasnt so distracted by Franz.

Anyone stick around for Van Gunn? They looked pretty serious.

Van Gunn rocked ok. They kind of remind me of .. damn, what's that local band.. Into the Quick? Something like that. Except with better guitar. But they were keyboard-rock.

5MS remains one of my favorites, though, and they rocked harder. What can I say? I fuckin' love guitars.
