I can't believe the sound system Audio Excellence set up for this show. 5.1 Surround Sound in the El Ray - way cool.

And like I suspected, this performace from BT was a special treat. Challenging, beautiful, inspiring compositions that sucked you and didn't let you go until it was over.

The show wasn't at all like a packed dancefloor of hot sweaty clubbers shacking their asses as the bass drowns out any conversation - don't get me wrong, I love that shit, but this wasn't that type of show.

BT really put himself out there, risked over exposing himself to show a personal side that surprised the shit outta me. I've never scene or head a musician show his a personal side like BT did. I couldn't beleive it. Well done!

In the end, I felt that it was one of the best shows I've scene in Albuquerque 2006. This was also the first time Dolby has ever been here. It was great to see him back on stage - even though I was only the first time I saw him play with Herbie Hancock and Stevie Wonder... he still does what he does and I think that's pretty much all we can ask for as musicians and listeners.

I'm replying to this late... 'cuz that's how I roll. I loved this show. Dolby kicked my ass, and BT mezmerized me with visuals and wonderful sounds. Lovely.
