Rest in peace Dime--
I will always remember Dime as one of the best guitarists alive--he inspired many of us. This is such a tragedy to lose a legend like that.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Abbott family-

For real....i cried like a little girl on the way to work today blasting some Pantera...those guys were single handedly responsible for how crazy, stupid and drunk me and all my friends were all through high school. He inspired many nights of getting together with some buddies, grabbin a cold 12 and a nice sack and jamming all night long in every band ive been in,changed the way i look at life,i mean shit-look at my room for fucksake, covered with Pantera pics.He lived life to its fullest and gave us some of the best metal ive ever heard to date.im gonna miss Reverend Red Beard.

Rest in Peace Dimebag Darrell.

Rot in Pieces Nathan Gale.

Put your hands over your hearts and throw your horns up!
Without Dimebag metal would have never made it out of the 90's
Rest in Peace Dimebag!!!
Our thoughts and prayers to Vinnie and all of the families who lost someone last night.

I don't know about you guys, but this is really affecting me. Hearing about all of this makes me think about all those jams at the warpad, or the Requiem Blue gig at Willigans when we played Cemetary Gates. I'm totally bummed. Dime was one of the reasons I started playing, hell I wanted to be that dude! Hard to beleive he'll never write another riff like Cowboys or Domination or Regular People. I bless the chance I had to meet him and actually shake his hand. He will truly be missed.
